The Yorkshire Rally at Skipton Craven Auction mart was well attended with 25 members attending. 16 from Yorkshire, 7 from Northern Counties and 2 from Lancashire. 4 first timers attended. Heather did a great job parking up the vans.
The weather was dry and sunny and many members walked along the new footpath to the canal and into Skipton about 20 minutes from our parking area.
In the evening we had use of the café room and Chris the Host provided entertainment with dingbats, words quizzes and music quizzes which were well received.
Saturday started with a bit of rain but soon cleared and again members enjoyed the walk and lovely market town of Skipton. A few members ventured to the farm shop and café and came back with a few bags of goodies.
Saturday evening was a game of Bingo – a favourite with the Yorkshire lot and another round of quizzes – and we all had a bit of a sing along with some of the music quiz tunes.
All in all, a very good weekend, full of fun and laughter.
