This rally commenced on Thursday 28th May and finished in Monday 1st June and the Royal Yorkshire Yacht Club.
The hosts were Steve and Caroline Joyce and Heather Castle.
37 vans in total arrived over the weekend = 25 from Yorkshire, 7 from East Midlands, 2 from Lancashire and 1 from NWM&NW
Thursday was a busy day with the majority of the vans arriving – the weather was good and plenty walked into Bridlington.
Friday again the weather was dry and sunny and many walked along the lovely beach to Bridlington town or turned right along the beach and walked to The Cow Shed for a meal and refreshments.
Saturday there was a market in Town and many ventured out as the weather was lovely and warm.
A few members enjoyed a go at ‘The Ladder Game’ whilst enjoying the sunshine.
Our rally officer Chris did a few music quizzes in the evening which was well attended but had to draw to a close around 10pm due to the darkness and a cold wind.
Sunday was a relaxing day, a few vans left but the majority stayed til Monday. There was a street food and artisan market on Sunday which was visited by members.
