Emergency General Meeting & Christmas Party

Only 2 weeks to our Emergency General Meeting and Christmas Party

We hope to see as many members as possible to join in the Christmas cheer.
We will be holding an EGM to hopefully elect a new committee.
Without a new committee the Yorkshire group will have to close.

There are only 7 pitches left for our New Year rally.
Lets try to fill these spaces.
There are 2 great acts booked for that rally, plus a buffet New Years eve and a pie and peas supper another night. The full payment of £80 for New Year is due by the 10th December, or at the Christmas Rally.

I’ve just had a call from the North Pole. Santa has heard about our rally and how good it is. He has told me some people want to give their loved ones an early present so he is going to make a special visit to our rally.
If you have a gift for a loved one at the rally then please bring it with you and hand to me and I will make sure Santa gets it.
Please let me know if any children are coming with you as Santa needs to check if they are on the naughty list.
