Arrivals Friday
“The rally starts at one o’clock!” He says .
At exactly 1pm, Steve and Gill, assisted by Malcolm and Carol, opened the flood gates. 21 vans turned out for what was a fabulous weekend of sunshine at Marsden.
Friday night in the clubhouse with many new and old members making friends and joining in the quiz organised by Gill Aggett.
We had members from Northern Counties, Lancashire, East Midlands, Seven Valley and Yorkshire.
Saturday
The bright sunny start to the day saw many getting out early for walks around Marsden.
Some going further afield to Tunnel End and the Museum, and also the many dams that served the mills around the area. The views are spectacular.
Another entertaining evening in the clubhouse.
Sunday
Time to wrap up. A great weekend was had by all. Looking forward to the next weekend at Eskdale School Whitby.
